Product Roundup: 12 New Features!

Our developers had an extremely productive week and launched twelve new features! During this week, our developers focused on small projects that have been on our customers’ wish lists over the years.

Take a look at the summarized list below, or click on each respective feature name to learn about each feature in detail:

  1. 🔍Search groups: Search for groups anywhere they appear in the CRM — no more scrolling through a long list.
  2. 🏡Localize addresses: Customize address labels in the CRM. This is especially helpful for customers outside the US. Change "State" to "Province," "Zip" to "Postal Code," and more!
  3. 📧Copy emails from one contact to another: If a logged email is relevant to a record but wasn't originally sent to that person, you can now copy it onto another record.
  4. 📂Paste files: You can now paste files into the CRM, rather than having to click upload.
  5. 🗒️Upload files to notes: Files can now be attached directly to a note, not just to the record as a whole.
  6. Bulk edit tasks: You can now take the following actions in bulk on the task report: mark complete, mark incomplete, move the due date, and delete.
  7. ✏️Default values for custom text fields: You can now set a default value for custom text fields — great for cutting down on repetitive data entry.
  8. 🗂️Filter the activity report by multiple activity types at once: You can now filter by multiple activity types at once, such as emails and notes, while leaving out anything that isn't relevant.
  9. 🗃️New sorting and filtering options on the task report: You can now sort the task report by task name, calendar, assigned user, and completion status. You can also filter by calendar.
  10. 📋Duplicate pipeline items: Make a copy of a pipeline item to quickly recreate similar ones without starting from scratch.
  11. 🕵️‍♀️Search forms: Search for forms by name on the forms settings page — handy if you manage a lot of them.
  12. 🐣See how a record was created in the CRM: Contact and company records will now show how they were created (for example, which integration created them).
