
As a CRM coach, sometimes people ask me whether our team uses LACRM or if I use a different product. The answer is we use LACRM for our work all day, every day! We would never want to sell you a product that we didn’t believe in and use daily for our own work. Today, I’m going to share some ways LACRM uses LACRM.
- 👥We share pipelines based on teams: A feature customers sometimes don’t realize we have is a teams feature. This feature makes it possible to share a pipeline with just certain users. LACRM uses this for our recruiting purposes. Our recruiting pipeline is only relevant to a few people on the team. Using a team to share our recruiting pipeline with just those people makes it easier to keep certain recruiting details confidential. Check out how to create a team in LACRM here!
- 📝We take detailed, formatted notes: On the CRM coaching team especially, note-taking is key. We want to make sure that if the person you talked to on Monday is on vacation on Tuesday, we don’t miss a beat catching up on what you need. So we leave detailed notes on every call we have with you. And, with our formatting features, we like to bold and highlight the most pertinent information. - 📋We use our own forms tool to sign up new affiliates and beta testers: In the past, we used to use Google Forms to collect various sign ups. Now, with our forms tool, these sign ups are all in house. I run our affiliate program here at LACRM, and being able to have new potential affiliates be added to the CRM automatically has been incredibly handy. Learn how to create your first form here.
- 🗓️Our calendar is our collaboration center: As a collaborative, small company, the calendar is our source of truth for knowing what anyone is working on at any given moment. Before I send someone a Slack message, I’ll take a peek at the calendar to make sure I’m not interrupting them. We also all integrate with Google Calendar so that if someone adds a meeting to our calendar, we’ll be able to see it on our phone calendars at a glance. These are just a few ways LACRM uses LACRM. Perhaps most importantly, LACRM uses LACRM so that we can notice and improve the experience using the CRM. Sometimes, a team member will bring up something they noticed in their day-to-day use of the CRM that they think could be improved. Since we live in the CRM during our workdays, we selfishly want to improve the CRM for ourselves too! So while improvements are ultimately made with you, our customers, in mind, know that we are using our own product and have a vested interest in making it better, while keeping the simplicity our customers love.
