Emailing groups of people

LACRM doesn't handle email directly, but there are two different ways that you can email groups of people. Learn how to send group emails here:

Option 1: Using the Mailchimp integration.

Option 2: Using another email marketing tool.

• Export contacts or copy email addresses for import to another email marketing tool.
  • Simply select the desired contacts in the Contact list or pipeline report and choose “Perform bulk action on [number] records.” Then, choose “Export / Copy data” and make the appropriate selection based on your needs.
  • Import the spreadsheet or paste email addresses to your desired email marketing tool.
  • Once you’ve sent an email campaign through your email marketing tool return to LACRM to add a bulk note reflecting that campaign was sent to those contacts. Learn how to add notes in bulk here.

If you are running email marketing campaigns, consider using our integration partner, Tarvent:

• Tarvent is an email marketing tool that is tightly integrated with LACRM's groups and pipelines. You can learn more about the integration here.
• By sending automated emails or bulk email blasts with Tarvent, you can track email opens and clicks and send that information back to LACRM as a note.
• Additionally, Tarvent can let you segment out your engaged recipients to manage a more detailed follow-up process with them.
