Sending event invites

LACRM doesn’t send event invites directly, but you can send out event invites using Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Learn how to send event invites here:

Option 1: Using Google Calendar.

• First sync your Google Calendar with LACRM, if it’s not already connected. Learn how to sync with Google Calendar here.
• Go to your Google Calendar directly to create the event and send out an event invite. Learn how to send an event invite via Google Calendar here.
• The event will automatically sync from Google to appear on your CRM calendar.
• Edit the synced event in LACRM to link the appropriate attendees. Learn how to edit an event here.

Option 2: Using Outlook Calendar.

• First sync your Outlook Calendar with LACRM, if it’s not already connected. Learn how to sync with Outlook Calendar here.
• Go to your Outlook Calendar directly to create the event and send out an event invite. Learn how to send an event invite via Outlook Calendar here.
• The event will automatically sync over from Outlook to appear on your CRM calendar.
• Edit the synced event in LACRM to link the appropriate attendees. Learn how to edit an event here.
