What will I actually be paying per year?
Annual billing is often tempting because it offers a per user price that is slightly lower than monthly billing. However, annual billing requires you to pay for a full year either in advance, or by the end of the service year. As such, the true cost of annual billing should factor in the entire year.
The prices bolded below are the total upfront cost for a full year, for the minimum number of users for that tier.
Bitrix24 Start+

When should I pay monthly instead of annually?
While there are many reasons why you would opt to pay monthly instead of annually (for example, the ability to switch CRMs whenever you want), one of the more straightforward reasons would be the duration of time you plan on using a CRM.
Listed below is the maximum duration of time you would need to use a CRM tier before it is more "worth it" to pay for a full year instead.
Bitrix24 Start+
- $24 per user per month
- This is 26.3% more expensive than the monthly price billed annually.

Bitrix24 CRM+

Bitrix24 Project+

- Limited to 6 users, allows you to manage website and landing pages, and has a CRM component built in, in addition to ecommerce tools. Offers automation rules that work with marketing campaigns. Allows you to set user roles.
Bitrix24 Project+
- Limited to 24 users, allows you to manage and collaborate with a team on projects. Does not offer any CRM capabilities to track leads and workflows or ecommerce tools, and is purely a project management system. No data exports to Excel.
Bitrix24 Standard Business
- Limited to 50 users, offers the same features in the CRM+ and Project+ plan combined, just with less nuanced permission settings for your users.
Bitrix24 Professional Business
- Unlimited users, and has everything in the Standard plan, with the ability to set user roles and permissions.
Many CRMs offer a free version of their software with severe feature limitations. While appealing to small businesses or solopreneurs, most free versions are simply marketing tools to introduce new users to a paid tier and are not designed to be scalable.
Bitrix24 offers a free plan for unlimited users with the following limitations:
- Unlimited leads and contacts, but only 1,000 are searchable via filters.
- No history logging (changes made to leads will not be logged chronologically).
- "Powered by Bitrix24" will be added to all forms and live chat tools.
- No automations
- No built-in emailing tools
- No user permissions or collaboration tools (e.g. no task assignments, template sharing etc.)
- 5GB file storage
With these limitations in mind, Bitrix24's free plan isn't helpful for teams that collaborate, despite allowing for unlimited users. Bitrix24's free plan is best for personal projects, or team members that work independently, without a need for detailed tracking or audit trails.
