How do I sync my Android contacts with LACRM?
Less Annoying CRM integrates directly with Google Contacts, which you can use to bring contacts from your Android phone into the CRM. If you’re logged into your Google account on your Android phone, those contacts should already be in your Google contacts. Then you can simply set up LACRM to sync with Google Contacts to create a back and forth sync between your Android/Google Contacts and the CRM.
In order to set that up, you’ll first need to make sure that your Android contacts are set up to automatically sync with your Google account. If you’re not sure, there are some instructions here that you can use to manage your sync settings on your Android:
Once you know that your Android is syncing with Google Contacts, you can set up the CRM to sync with Google Contacts. That will create a two-way sync, so if you add a new contact or edit one on your phone, that’ll sync back to LACRM. If you add a new contact or edit one in LACRM, that’ll sync back to your phone as well.
You can set up the sync between Less Annoying CRM and Google on the “Integrations” page, available under Settings. Choose the option under Google to “Set up contact integration” and then follow the prompts to sync your Google Contacts. There’s also a tutorial video on the right side of that page that’ll walk you through the steps, which you can also find here.
Note: if you don’t want to have a continuous back and forth sync, you can wait until the initial contact data has synced, and then turn off the Google Contact integration on the Integrations page.
