Deleting pipeline items in bulk

Note: we’re in the process of making some changes to improve the CRM. Your CRM may look a bit different now, but the functionality is the same.

Here’s how to delete pipeline items in bulk:

• Please note: deleting pipeline items will remove the pipeline item and its history from the contact. However, the contact itself and other details will remain.
• Go to the desired pipeline report by mousing over “Reports” in the navigation bar on the left and selecting the appropriate pipeline name.
• If necessary, filter your pipeline report by any desired criteria to pull up just the appropriate records.
• Tick the "Select all" box above the first contact and select all of the records. Or, tick just the box to the left of the desired records.
• Select “Perform bulk action on [number] records” at the bottom of the screen. In the dialog that opens, select “Delete pipeline items from CRM.”
• Select “Permanently delete” to confirm the deletion of the pipeline from the selected contacts.
