How do I update my credit card? How do I update my expiration date?
You can update the payment details on file through the Billing page. If you mouse over “Settings” you can select “Billing” in the menu.
Please note: only administrators can add or update payment details. If you don’t see an option for billing you’ll need to contact the administrator on your account.
On the next page, you can select the “Update Card” link to update card details. You’ll be prompted to re-enter the card, as well as the expiration date and CVV code.
If you don’t have new card details yet, you can instead select the “Remove” link to remove the current card on file. Doing so will not immediately shut down your account, but you will need to enter new details before your next payment date if you wish to keep the account open. You can also use the “Remove” link to close your account at the end of your current billing cycle.
