Here’s how to update or disable your billing information in LACRM:
- From the Billing Settings page, click “Update” to enter new credit card information. You’ll be prompted to re-enter the card, as well as the expiration date and CVV code.
- Click “Remove” to remove the current card completely. This will not immediately shut down your account, but you will need to enter new details before your next payment date if you wish to keep the account open.
- Please note: only administrators can add or update payment details. If you don’t see an option for billing you’ll need to contact the administrator on your account.
