Sorting contacts by location

Note: we’re in the process of making some changes to improve the CRM. Your CRM may look a bit different now, but the functionality is the same.

Here's how to sort the contact list by location:

• Go to the main Contact list by selecting "Contacts" in the navigation bar.
• Select "Sort" under the "Sort and filter" section on the left.
• In the dialog that appears, select the appropriate address field based on what you'd like to see. For example, choose "Address - City" to sort by city, or "Address - State" to sort by state.
• Select either "A to Z" or "Z to A" based on the order you'd like the locations to appear.
• Select "Sort Results" to view contacts organized by their location.
