Personalizing your CRM settings

Learn the different ways you can personalize your CRM:
  • To update your calendar settings, go to the Display preferences page under Settings.
    • Time zone: set your time zone based on your location.
    • Date format: choose mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy format.
    • Time format: select 12 or 24 hour time.
    • Week start day: choose what day your calendar should start on.
    • Number format: select if you’d like period for decimal or comma for decimal formatting.
    • Phone number formatting: select US domestic phone number formatting, or turn off phone formatting.
    • Be sure to select “Save localization settings” to save your changes!
  • Please note: only admins can customize the following settings. If you don't see these options, you'll need to contact an admin on your account.
  • To update your CRM branding go to the Company branding page under Settings.
    • Save your company logo to appear in the upper left corner. Learn more about adding your logo here.
    • Select a color scheme that matches.
  • To update your address field names, go to the Custom fields page under Settings.
    • Select either “Contacts” or “Companies” on the next page.
    • Mouse over the “Address” field and select “Edit field settings.”
    • Enter the desired address labels and be sure to hit “Save custom field.”
