How do I pay? What methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards here at Less Annoying CRM, and bill monthly (on a month-to-month basis, no contracts).

To edit your credit card information, head to the Billing Info page in your CRM’s Settings section. Note that if you have an account with multiple users, a user with administrator rights will need to be the one to enter payment information (if this is a problem, let us know). Just enter your credit card number, expiration date, and card security code, and you'll be good to go!

If your trial has not yet ended, fear not, you will not lose those remaining free days on your trial. You'll be billed immediately, but any remaining days on your trial will be added to your next billing cycle. So, if you have 20 days left on your trial, instead of billing you again in 30 days, we'll bill you again in 50 days (30 + 20), so you still get all those free days. We don't want to penalize you for deciding to sign up early!

While we prefer to use credit card to process our payments at this time, we do understand that not everyone can or prefers to pay with a credit card. As such, we can also accept payments via check or PayPal, but we bill these types of payments annually instead of monthly. That brings the cost to $180/user per year, due at the end of your free trial period. If you would prefer to go this route, please contact us directly.
