In Less Annoying CRM you can use a pipeline to track any process that you work with. Each pipeline can have different statuses to track the stages of your process, as well as custom fields to track unique details. Learn more about pipelines generally here.
Once you’ve started using a pipeline, you can use the pipeline report to view your entire process, and even export that report to pull the data out. The exported spreadsheet will include basic contact details, a column for status, and a unique column for each custom pipeline field. You can use the exported spreadsheet to perform calculations or to get pipeline information from LACRM into another system.
Please note: if you don’t see the exporting option, you may not have exporting abilities. You’ll need to contact the administrator on your account to have them turn exporting on for you, or they can export the pipeline report for you.
To begin with, you’ll need to mouse over “Reports” in the navigation bar on the left, and then select the appropriate pipeline name. Pipeline names can vary depending on your exact customization, so you may say different options based on your setup.
On the next page, you’ll see a list of the entries within your pipeline. If you want to export exactly what you see on this page, you can select “Export” in the upper left corner under “Actions.”
If you want to export a more specific set of data, you can first apply any relevant filters to narrow down the list. Once you’ve added the appropriate filters, you can select “Export” to export the filtered data.
That’s it! Once you hit the “Export” option a spreadsheet will automatically be downloaded that includes the pipeline data. You can then edit the file as needed for your purposes.
