Note: we’re in the process of making some changes to improve the CRM. Your CRM may look a bit different now, but the functionality is the same.
Here's how to filter to show contacts in one state:
- Go to the main Contact list by selecting "Contacts" in the navigation bar.
- Select "Add a filter" in the "Sort and filter" section on the left.
- In the dialog that appears, choose "Address - State" "contains" and then enter the desired state.
- Please note: the filter will search based on the exact entry. If you’ve entered abbreviations within the field, you’ll also need to filter by the abbreviated value.
- Apply the filter to see all of the contacts and companies in that particular state.
