Note: we’re in the process of making some changes to improve the CRM. Your CRM may look a bit different now, but the functionality is the same.
Here’s how to filter your pipeline by one or more closed statuses:
- Please note: pipelines are customizable and the exact options may vary based on your account structure.
- Hover over “Reports” in the navigation bar on the left, and select the pipeline report you'd like to view.
- Select "Filter by status" in the “Sort and filter" section on the left.
- In the dialog that appears, select one or more of your closed statuses.
- Apply the filter to see contacts in any one of your closed statuses.
