Note: we’re in the process of making some changes to improve the CRM. Your CRM may look a bit different now, but the functionality is the same.
Here’s how to filter your pipeline by one or more closed statuses:
- Please note: pipelines are customizable and the exact options may vary based on your account structure.
- Hover over “Reports” in the navigation bar on the left, and select the pipeline report you'd like to view.
- Select "Filter" in the upper right. Choose “Status” in the menu that appears.
- In the dialog that opens, select “All closed statuses.” Or, choose “A specific status” and then select one or more of your closed statuses.
- Apply the filter the show records in the selected closed status(es).
