Can't assign a contact to another user

Trying to assign a contact to a user and not seeing the user’s name? Here are a few things to try:

  • Confirm that you have access to that user’s contacts. You will need “Edit” access to the user’s contacts, “View” access will not allow you to assign contacts to the user.
  • If you’re an admin, go to the Users page to check your access to that user’s contacts.
  • If you’re not an admin, you’ll need to contact one of your admins to confirm you have the appropriate access.
