Automation permissions

Learn how you can set and share automations for other users on your account:
  • Mouse over “Settings” and select “Automations” in the menu.
  • Please note: if your automation is automatically triggered by a pipeline status change, that will not have sharing settings. That automation will automatically be triggered by any user moving a contact into that status.
  • Select the desired automation from the list. Then, choose “Permissions” below the automation actions.
  • To give individual users permission, select “Give permission to another user” and select the desired users. Choose “continue.”
  • Select the desired permission level to determine what the user can see.
    • Manage this automation: allows user to change settings, invite other users, and trigger this automation.
    • See in automation list: allows user to see the automation and trigger it manually.
    • Automatic triggers only: prevents users from accessing this automation unless it is connected to an automatic trigger.
  • Be sure to save the changes.
  • To set account wide permission levels, select the appropriate option to the right of “All users on the account” near the bottom of the dialog instead.
  • After making the desired changes, close the dialog (no additional save necessary!).
