Here's how to assign an entire import to another user:
- First, you'll need to import your file into the CRM. Not sure how to import? Learn how to here.
- Already imported the file? Mouse over “Add” and select “Import contacts.” Select the appropriate “View records” link on the left side of the page, under the “Previous imports” section.
- Then, on the left side of the page select "Assign these records to a different user" under the "Actions you can take on records from this import" section.
- Select whether to reassign the contacts only, companies only, or both. We recommend reassigning both contacts and companies.
- Finally, select the appropriate user’s name to reassign the imported records to that user.
