Note: we’re in the process of making some changes to improve the CRM. Your CRM may look a bit different now, but the functionality is the same.
Here’s how to find a list of your tasks:
- Mouse over “Reports” and select “Task report” in the menu.
- The task report will show all of your incomplete tasks.
- Use the options in the “Sort and filter” section on the left to change the tasks that you see.
- Select “Date range” to view a tasks within a selected date range.
- Choose “Completion status” to view completed tasks, incomplete tasks, or both.
- On multi-user accounts, select “Assigned user” to view tasks for one or more other users.
- Choose “Calendar” to view tasks on one or more specific calendars. Not sure what that means? Learn more about additional calendars here.
- To see both your tasks and events, go to the Calendar page instead.
