Product Update: Improved in-app help center

A few years ago, our team created a brand new help center for LACRM. This help center was meant to make it faster and easier for our customers to get answers to frequently asked questions and to learn the basics of the CRM. While the help site will still be accessible at, we also wanted to make it even easier for you to find the help articles and videos you need.

We’ve redesigned our in-app help center to make it quicker to locate our help articles and videos from within the CRM itself. Now, you can more easily access information on the most commonly used features in the CRM from within the app. We hope this new design makes it more intuitive and simple to find information about the CRM.

Simply click on the question mark in the lower left hand corner of the CRM to pull up a menu with many common articles and videos about the CRM.

Our instruction guide videos will always be available on the left hand side of this pop up menu as shown in the screenshot below. This instruction guide offers in-depth video tutorials on the CRM’s main features, as well as suggestions for additional articles to read for each feature.

You can also use the search bar to search our entire help center to pull up articles on a wide variety of topics about the CRM.

Below, I’ve included a screenshot of just a handful of the articles that come up when I search the term “group.”

In this same menu, click the words "contact us" to see a variety of ways you can reach us directly for help - via phone, email, or a booked call that includes screensharing. As always, please reach out if there is anything we can help with!
