There is no limit to the number of custom contact, company, and pipeline fields you can create in LACRM. That’s great for personalization, but it can get unwieldy if every time you add or edit a contact, company, or pipeline item, you have to endlessly scroll to find the one thing you were looking for.

That is why we are excited to announce custom field sections! Now you can organize your custom fields so that you can quickly and easily find the fields you need when creating or editing contacts, companies, and pipeline items.

Take a look at an example of how to organize custom fields based on type of contact.

And you won’t have to look at any fields you don’t need - you can also hide entire sections of fields to reduce the clutter on your page. Just re-open them when you need them.

These sections are even easier to use with color-coding and icons. Now, with just a glance you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for while creating or editing records.

This feature can be very useful for multi-user and multi-team accounts. Now, you can simply hide the custom fields that don’t apply to you.
