Do you ever find yourself pulling up the same contact over and over in LACRM? Maybe you're playing phone tag with a lead, a client keeps placing regular orders, or you're in the middle of a lengthy negotiation with a vendor. If you keep interacting with the same person repeatedly, it can sometimes be a bit of a pain having to look them up in the CRM each time.
Now there's an easy way for you to star your most important contacts in the CRM so they're easy to find in the future!
This feature is as simple as it gets. All you need to do is go to a contact's LACRM profile, and click the star icon next to their name at the top. Once they're starred, they'll show up in the navigation menu when you mouse over "Contacts". You can also find starred contacts on the sidebar on the workspace and the contact list.
