You can now RSVP to events in LACRM!
This new feature lets you indicate if you are “attending,” “not attending,” or “maybe attending” events you’ve been invited to. When you create an event and add guests, you’ll be able to see at a glance which of your guests can make it. And you can let your host know your RSVP status with the touch of a button.
Users on your CRM account will be able to RSVP to your events. For contacts who aren’t users on the account, you can manually flip their RSVP status when you hear from them that they’ll be attending your event. The RSVP feature will make it easier to plan and manage events within LACRM.
How this helps you: Before we added this new feature, we didn't have a good way of accurately logging when a contact was invited to an event but didn't end up joining. You might have just deleted the person from the event all together in the past as a workaround, which left you with an incomplete picture of who was actually invited to your events. Now, if someone was invited to an event but didn't end up attending, you will still be able to see that they were tagged in the event in their History -- letting you know they were invited. You'll now have a much more accurate picture of who you invited and who actually joined the event.
This is a small change to our calendar, but it is a preview of what is to come with LACRM in the coming months. Our calendar is getting a major upgrade!

Our developers are hard at work improving the calendar. In the future, this tool won’t be internal only - you’ll have the option to invite non-LACRM users to calendar events. You'll be able to easily invite clients, vendors, friends, and more to your events! Non-LACRM users will be able to select whether they are attending or not attending your event after you send them an email invite. No need to use an outside platform for this - do all your calendar work within LACRM. You and your customers will be able to see everything you need to prepare for an event at a glance.
