We're excited to launch another new tool today in LACRM: the ability to duplicate any contact or company in one click!
On any contact or company's profile page, you should now see a new option under the "Actions" menu on the top left corner:
This will create a copy of the contact/company, with all the same fields filled out with the same information!
How this can help you: If you are entering multiple contacts, and there's duplicate information across them, this will be a much faster way to create these contacts without having to re-type the same information each time.
