Insightly and LACRM offer many of the same features. At the end of the day, both CRMs will store your contacts, track events and tasks, and manage your workflows.

What sets CRMs apart from each other? In general, most CRMs focus either on number of features or usability.

Insightly offers more features than LACRM, and is particularly integration-focused, while LACRM is more user-friendly.

Although on the surface having as many features as possible may seem preferable, this approach makes the CRM harder to learn, and nearly impossible to use if you haven't completely customized it and set up each feature.

LACRM is customizable too, but we make some of the hard decisions for you (like what search filters to have). That way, you can jump right in and start using the CRM to grow your business.

In the end, you can boil it down to this: LACRM is a better option for users who need something simple that they can use without weeks of training, while Insightly would be best for someone who relies heavily on one of their specialized advanced features, such as an integration with their accounting site.

This CRM does the basics so well. Easy to learn (literally 5 minutes to start) and then just follow the main dashboard for what you need. We run a Team of 7 people and each member can subscribe themselves for the low monthly fee. We have tried other more popular (read: more complicated) CRM's and found them to be too difficult, too long learning curve, and too feature laden to be of real value. Most Realtors simply will not use 90% of the features they offer.

Insightly offers five tiers of CRM service. Someone looking for a simple, small business CRM would most likely
consider their Free and Basic plans.

Insightly's Free plan allows for only two users, does not support calendar or contact sync, does not integrate with Mailchimp, offers no customer service or initial onboarding, and caps its users to 2,500 contacts. It's a basic CRM, minus some core features like help implementing the tool and tech support for when you have questions. It would be a good CRM for someone who isn't quite sure if they're ready for a CRM at all.

Insightly's Basic plan is their most similar offering to LACRM. It's $15 per user per month, or $12 per user per month if you pay for a whole year up front.
