Happy New Year! We hope you are enjoying these last few days of 2025 and getting ready to head into 2026. Before we officially end the year, we’re celebrating 2025 at LACRM. And that means, first and foremost, celebrating you! Thank you to all of the customers who support LACRM and make our continued work possible. We are so grateful and wishing you all a lovely 2026.
But first, I wanted to celebrate the newest addition to LACRM - our new developer Diany! Diany was a LACRM fellow in the summer of 2022. We all loved working with her so much and were so impressed by her programming skills that we reached out to her when we had an opening on the development team. We’re so excited Diany is here!
In her spare time, Diany loves spending time with her son, husband, and dog. She’s also a Pickleball fan (pictured below playing with her family!) and a chess fan. Diany loves to travel, listen to music, and spend time with friends as well.

💻Year in Review from our Developers
Our developers had an exciting year with four huge features launching, in addition to many smaller, meaningful improvements to the CRM.
Four major feature launches:
- ⚡️Automations: I’ll start with our more recent launch: automations! Automations allow you to create repeatable workflows. Do you always need to add a contact to a group immediately after they enter a certain pipeline stage? Now you can do that automatically. Read the full announcement here.
- 📋Forms: The forms feature makes it possible to create a form in the CRM. When your client or prospect fills out that form, they are automatically added to the CRM as a contact. You can even embed this form on your website! The forms feature is great for a “contact us” form, a client intake form, an event sign up form…really, there are endless possibilities. Read the full announcement here and give our forms feature a try if you haven’t yet.
- 📧Email Logging: Automatic email logging had been a much requested feature over the years. With automatic email logging, it’s possible to automatically log emails you send to the CRM. No manual work required. Read the full announcement here, and if you haven’t tried automatic email logging yet, give it a try! It’s easy to set up and once you turn the feature on, it will continue working in the background.
- ✅Task Templates: With task templates, you can now make tasks with pre-set deadlines. That way, if you find yourself frequently setting a follow-up task for 2 weeks in advance, simply make a “2-week follow up” task. Learn more here!
Other improvements:
- 🔧Once we release a new feature, we like to hear customer feedback. While we can’t implement every single idea, feedback from customers brought four great new form feature improvements: forms to update existing records, form section headers, custom form branding, and form paragraph text.
- 🔗Our developers also improved our Zapier integration - it’s now possible to remove contacts from groups. This was a much-requested improvement by users of our Zapier integration. This improvement to the Zapier integration makes integrating LACRM with a variety of email marketing tools easier. Read the full announcement here.
- 📧Speaking of integrations, email marketing tool Tarvent built a great integration with LACRM that allows for newsletters as well as automated email sequences to be sent to your LACRM contacts. While the LACRM team didn’t build this integration, Tarvent worked closely with our team to build an integration that we hope you love! You can learn more here.
- 🍏For all the Apple fans out there, our developers also made it possible to sign up for LACRM and log into LACRM with Apple.
- 🌈If you were a child who loved color-coding your school notebooks like me, this feature is for you: our developers made it possible to color code groups. Learn more here.
- 🗂️Developers made it possible to set a default “type” for email, phone, and address fields. Read the full announcement.
- ✍🏻Updated editing tracking makes it easier to keep your place in the pipeline report. Learn more here.
- 🗄️Improvements to exports: When you export a task or a calendar report, it now includes the name of the calendar the task was attached to. All pipeline notes are now included in pipeline exports.
- 🌟Lots of other small improvements, polishes, and changes! Many that are in the background or are small improvements to your quality of life using the CRM.

👀Sneak Peek at 2026
Developers made a variety of improvements that are still ongoing that you’ll hear more about in 2026, including improvements to how merging works in the CRM and how LACRM works on mobile devices. (These mobile improvements support a larger, mobile app feature that is coming in 2026!)
Stay tuned for more news on all of those projects in 2026! Along with the feature we’ve heard the most requests for….Kanban!
⭐️Focus on Accessibility
Our developers also had a special week in 2025 that is becoming a new annual tradition: accessibility week! For one week in 2025, the entire developer team was devoted to making LACRM more accessible. Accessibility improvements make the CRM better for people who use screenreaders and for everyone else too. More accessible products mean an easier to use product for everyone. Learn more about this project and the improvements that came with it here. Maxwell Ivey Jr from The Accessibility Advantage worked with us on this project - thank you Maxwell!
If you are looking at that list and thinking, “wow, it sounds like the developers at LACRM did a lot in 2025”…you’d be right! In 2025, developers completed 263 project cards which were spread across 20 total projects. Developers made 1,002 updates to the CRM in total in 2025.
☎️CRM Coach Year in Review
.png)
CRM coaches had a busy year this year too! Thanks to everyone who we chatted with in 2025.
- We sent 23,646 emails
- Answered 5,808 calls
- Had 2,372 screen-sharing calls
CRM coaches’ goal is always to provide the best customer support we can. This year, we talked a lot in meetings about what we could improve. Where could we provide more help to customers? We are always looking for ways to improve the ways we support you.
We take a break as a team twice a year while the rest of the company covers support for us. We spent one day of rest hanging out at a local lake and another at an Apple orchard. Seeing pumpkins shot out of a cannon was a highlight for sure.
In addition to our work with customers, CRM coaches wear many hats at Less Annoying. In 2025, they ran work events, recruited fellows, did community outreach, decorated the office, recorded help tutorials, and more!
LACRM also launched a user forum this year, run by a CRM coach and our Head of Marketing! We’ve been loving the chance to see users interact with each other. And to hear more of your thoughts directly. Check out the forum here and hear from our CEO Tyler directly!

❄️Meet me in St. Louis
The holidays for me always make me think of home. So while Less Annoying team members will be traveling far and wide over the holidays this year, St. Louis, Missouri is the place most of us call home. So, this year for our year in review, I want to give you a little peek at the place that Less Annoying CRM calls home.
We know some of our customers reading this are fellow St. Louisans (hello neighbor!) but for everyone else, next time you call us up, picture the St. Louis arch. Less Annoying’s home base is in downtown St. Louis, Missouri—we are just blocks away from the famous Gateway Arch.
Here are a few ways we St. Louisans celebrate the holidays:
- 🎄A favorite St. Louis activity is the Missouri Botanical Garden’s lovely winter wonderland walk called Garden Glow. There’s nothing better than walking around the gardens with a cup of hot chocolate and looking at beautiful light displays.
- 🎬While not exclusively a holiday movie, Meet Me in St. Louis is a delight and features a very touching rendition of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” by Judy Garland. Get a little taste of St. Louis by watching this movie - though I can’t promise we break out into song as often as the characters in the movie.
- ⛄️It’s always a joy to drive through Candy Cane Lane in St. Louis. It’s a beautiful neighborhood run display of holiday decorations. Even better, every year the neighbors raise money for a variety of great local charities.
- 🌇Whenever a friend visits St. Louis for the first time, they always remark on the gorgeous architecture. St. Louis looks especially lovely over the holidays with sparkling lights everywhere on beautiful historic buildings.
Whether you are near or far, I hope you have a lovely time, however you celebrate the end of the year and the beginning of 2026.

❤️Thank you
From everyone here at Less Annoying, wishing you a joyful end of the year wherever you call home. And thank you for being a Less Annoying CRM customer—we are so grateful.
