We at Less Annoying CRM are so excited to have won two CRMmy prizes in the inaugural 2026 CRMmys Awards: Best Small Business CRM, and Best CRM for Startups.
Evaluated by a panel of 8 independent CRM practitioners over the course of two months, Less Annoying CRM came out on top in a pool of over 25 candidates in two of the seven categories judged. Our small business fit and focus, ease of use, affordability, and customizability stood out to the judges, and LACRM emerged as the top pick for fast-moving, owner-led teams.
Less Annoying CRM was founded in 2009 in response to all the bloated, complex CRMs we saw in the market. We built LACRM specifically for small businesses that needed a simple, affordable relationship manager that could be set up by anyone regardless of tech ability.
