AppConnect by Good Samaritan Software links your Less Annoying CRM account to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Once connected, you can work with your CRM the same way you'd talk to a colleague: "What's in my pipeline this week?", "Add a note to my call with Sarah," or "Create a follow-up task for every lead I haven't touched in 30 days." The assistant reads and writes directly to your account, so there's no copying and pasting between tools.

When you ask your assistant a question or give it an instruction, AppConnect passes the request to your CRM through Less Annoying CRM's official API and returns the result. Depending on the permissions you grant, that can include your contacts and companies, pipelines and leads, notes, tasks, calendar events, logged emails, and groups - the assistant can read them, create new records, or update existing ones. AppConnect doesn't store your CRM data: nothing is copied, cached, or synced, and the only thing we log is which actions were used, never their content. You sign in through a secure authorization screen (no passwords are shared), and permission settings for every individual action - over 70 of them - let you grant full access, read-only, or a custom mix. Access can be revoked at any time from either side.

AppConnect is built for people who live in their CRM but don't want to spend the day clicking through it: pulling pipeline reviews, logging notes and emails, creating tasks and events, and keeping contact records current.
