What should you do before our call?

  • Schedule a 1:1 call before your group training call. During a 1:1 call we can review everything you’d like covered during the team training, to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. Contact us at help@lessannoyingcrm.com to schedule your 1:1 call before your group training.
  • Think about how you or your company will use the CRM. Who will need access? What information do you want them to see? What will they need to do in the CRM?
  • Prepare a list of questions for the call, so we can make sure to cover the topics that your team really needs to know.

Eager to get started on your own first?

  • If your team is totally new to Less Annoying CRM, have them check out our Instruction Guide (a series of quick videos) to learn the basics of the system. Knowing the basics will let them start working in Less Annoying CRM immediately, and it means we can focus on more advanced topics with your team during the call.
  • If you're an existing user of Less Annoying CRM, add each new team member as a user, so they can log in and follow along during the call.
