Even though we launched the new version of Less Annoying CRM a couple of months ago, there are still a number of improvements we have planned before we'll consider the new design completely finished. Here are some of the things we've been working on:
The new design puts us in a position to make the various pages in our app more mobile responsive. There are many ways we can improve the mobile experience so this will be a work in progress, but we recently finished updates to most of our key pages including:
Now all of these pages should work much better on your phone so that you can get all the benefits of LACRM while on the go. If you haven't already done this, you might want to pin LACRM to your phone's home screen (here are instructions for iOS and Android).
You may have noticed that the calendar got a face-lift recently. Nothing really changed in terms of how it works, but we just added a bit of polish to make things look a bit cleaner and simpler without actually removing anything.
When you open up the form to create a new contact, there can be a lot to look at, especially if you've added custom fields. This is made worse by some of the bigger/more complex fields such as address which takes up 3-4 lines and has six different inputs within it (city, state, etc.). So to make things a bit simpler, we've collapsed the bigger fields down to a single line. As soon as you click or tab to that field, it will expand to show the entire thing. So absolutely nothing was removed, this update just makes your initial view of the form cleaner, and it keeps big fields out of your way until you need them.
We hope you like these updates! We have dozens of small improvements like this planned over the coming weeks, so stay tuned for more.
