Which VOIP phones work with our click-to-call feature?

While Less Annoying CRM does not have a direct integration with any VOIP systems, we do support several different click-to-call protocols. Depending on whether your VOIP dialer's softphone supports any of these protocols, you may be able to turn phone numbers into a clickable link that your dialer can interpret. Some dialers also have browser extensions that can make any phone number on a page clickable. If you’re not sure what a VOIP phone is or what click-to-call means, check out this help article.

Below is a list of VOIP phones that have worked with the CRM’s click-to-call feature in the past. There may be other programs that work with the VOIP protocols we offer, or that have browser extensions that allow you to dial numbers in the CRM -- these are just the programs that we are aware of. Since LACRM did not develop these programs, we do not control whether or not they will continue to work with LACRM, and we do not control their maintenance. If you don’t see a system that you are looking for, or you notice a VOIP program that no longer works with the CRM, please reach out to Less Annoying’s customer support.

  • Skype: Some versions of Skype are compatible with LACRM’s click-to-call feature; just change your VOIP service to one of the following on your Personal Preferences page in the CRM:
    • If you use Skype 7/Classic, choose the “Callto” prefix.
    • If you use Skype for Windows or Skype for Mac, choose the “Skype” option.
  • RingCentral: RingCentral’s softphone is compatible with LACRM’s click-to-call feature; just change your VOIP service to “RingCentral” on your Personal Preferences page in the CRM.
  • FONREACH: In addition to click-to-dial, FONREACH’s integration with LACRM includes logging calls and call recordings, in addition to creating tasks for missed calls. You can set up the integration through LACRM’s API (no need to change your CRM settings).
  • Invoco: In addition to a click-to-dial extension, Invoco’s integration with LACRM includes logging calls and call recordings. You can set up the integration through LACRM’s API and download the browser extension from the Chrome App store (no need to change your CRM settings).
  • Cricket: Cricket has a downloadable softphone that allows you to click on phone numbers in the CRM (no need to change your CRM settings).
  • 8X8: 8X8’s browser extension allows you to click on phone numbers in the CRM (no need to change your CRM settings).
  • Vonage: Vonage’s browser extension allows you to click on phone numbers in the CRM (no need to change your CRM settings).
  • Simplii: Simplii’s browser extension allows you to click on phone numbers in the CRM (no need to change your CRM settings). It will also pop up incoming call details in your browser.
  • CrazyCall: CrazyCall’s browser extension allows you to click on phone numbers in the CRM (no need to change your CRM settings).
