LACRM Users will converge in St. Louis from October 13th-16th, 2019
[ST. LOUIS, MO, January 22, 2019] — Less Annoying CRM, a St. Louis-based provider of small business customer relationship management (CRM) software, announced their second annual user conference to the public on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019. The conference will take place in downtown St. Louis at the Embassy Suites from October 13th-16th, 2019, and about 150 users are expected to attend.
“Our goal as a company and with this conference is to help our customers succeed,” said Less Annoying’s CEO and cofounder Tyler King. “In just a few short days [at the conference], you'll become a CRM pro, learn actionable marketing and sales tips, connect with tons of fellow CRM users, and explore the Gateway to the West with your local friends at Less Annoying.”
This year’s user conference promises double the benefits from last year. Less Annoying Partner and Head of Business Development Alex Haimann said, “After our first conference, we got a lot of feedback that folks wanted more: more sessions, more learning opportunities, and more time to interact and learn from their fellow Less Annoying CRM users. We really wanted to kick things up a notch in 2019 — we decided to double the number of sessions and experts brought in so that attendees can select the programming that interests them most. Plus, we scheduled daily happy hours and evening events, including a takeover of the National Blues Museum, for attendees to have even more time to bond (and have fun!) with their peers. Finally, we are also offering additional premium workshops and a VIP package for folks who really want to customize their conference experience.”
In the tentative conference schedule, VIP attendees will kick off the conference on Sunday, October 13th at a private dinner with Less Annoying’s partners, followed by private 1:1 training sessions on Monday, October 14th. On Monday afternoon at the Embassy Suites, the conference will commence with a keynote and learning sessions, followed by an evening party at Flamingo Bowl, an art deco bowling alley in downtown St. Louis. After a full day of sessions on Tuesday, October 15th, attendees will enjoy a private takeover of the National Blues Museum, including a live performance from blues legend Kim Massie. Attendees can also purchase premium workshop tickets for additional learning experiences on Wednesday, October 16th. Attendees can expect sessions throughout the conference on marketing, sales, team management, technology, online security, and of course, using Less Annoying CRM.
