Less Annoying CRM integrates with MailChimp.com to sync Groups from your CRM with Lists in MailChimp's system (that's Freddie, the MailChimp mascot, over there on the right). The integration is easy to use— just build some Groups of contacts in the CRM, connect your Less Annoying CRM account with your MailChimp account, and then specify which MailChimp List you'd like to sync with each Group.

We don't actually send emails from Less Annoying CRM itself (yet!), but once you have the Excel file, you have complete control over the data. If MailChimp is not your system of choice, there are tons of bulk mailing options out there, so you should have no trouble finding one that fits your needs.
