Online forms are great for small businesses that need to collect information. You could use an online form to survey your customers to make sure they're happy with your service. You could put a form on your website to collect contact information from potential customers. You might even want to use forms for basic internal functions such as figuring out what type of pizza your employees want at the next meeting. So forms are great and all, but how would you go about setting one up? There are a lot of different companies out there that allow non-programmers to make online forms, but I think the easiest option is to use Google Docs. It's simple, free, and it's easy to analyze the results. Here's how it works:
