The basics of a good landing page

We've already covered how you can use SEO to improve your search engine rankings and how you can improve your search engine click-through rate. In this post, I'll explain how you can make a great landing page that will engage your website visitors, and then I'll look at the landing pages for some existing businesses and explain what they're doing right, and what they're doing wrong.

A landing page is the first page that a visitor sees when they reach your site. The idea of a landing page is to introduce visitors to your company and convince them that they need to learn more. The two most common ways to measure the success of a landing page are:
