Less Annoying CRM was started in 2009 by two brothers, Tyler and Bracken King. We have a passion for
software and are incredibly excited about the future of technology, but there's a problem emerging.
While consumer software is improving and evolving at an amazing pace, most business software seems to
be stagnating.
Our goal is simple: to make business software less annoying. We're creating a new breed of small business CRM software. By focusing on design and usability instead of feature lists and buzzwords, we're able to offer a user experience that's simple, intuitive, fast, and best of all, less annoying. It's not for everyone, but that's ok. We'd rather offer a product that is great for some people than offer one that is only ok for everyone. We love hearing from our users. Tyler King
Tyler's background is in software development and product design. He majored in computer science
at Washington University in St. Louis and has done programming and design work for a number of
companies ranging from small start-ups through major publicly traded companies. Tyler is located
in San Francisco.

Bracken King
Bracken's background is in computational biology and server infrastructure. He received a PhD
from M.I.T. where, along with his research, he managed his lab's server cluster. He brings this
experience to Less Annoying CRM along with his eye for design. Bracken is located in Boston.
